(and small companies too) have been using professional online support

I've
said this before and I'll say it again:
There
are thousands upon thousands of developers online who
write fantastic, useful and stable (it won't crash) software for free,
for pretty much every need.
It
still amazes me, but it's a fact:
The
"Open Source Software" community is thriving, growing,
and throwing out more and more useful software every day.
But
researching the Open Source market for the best pieces of
software takes a LOT of time trying to find the best and most proven
